MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Hague is choosing to ignore Kiev’s part in the 2014 crash of the MH17 flight, as the Netherlands decided against prosecuting Ukraine for failure to close the airspace above the conflict-torn region, the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.
